How it works

How does Omnipresent Global Employment Solutions work in Colombia?

Colombia’s young, skilled workforce is a global asset, yet its labor regulations and social security system can overwhelm foreign employers. Omnipresent serves as your Employer of Record (EOR), managing compliance with DIAN rules and CESANTÍA contributions without a local setup.

Our EOR services handle payroll, benefits like the prima payments, and Colombia’s 15-day vacation minimum, so you can lead your team in Bogotá or Medellín effortlessly. We provide a tech-driven solution customized to this fast-growing market.

  • Swift, compliant onboarding.
  • Payroll in COP, fully managed.
  • Expert local market guidance.
