Don’t risk non-compliance with local employment, social insurance, and tax regulations.
Hiring in Argentina unlocks a talented workforce, but its intricate labor laws and tax system can challenge global companies. Omnipresent, as your Employer of Record (EOR), eliminates these hurdles by acting as the legal employer, ensuring compliance with AFIP regulations and local standards like the 48-hour workweek—without you needing a local entity.
Our EOR services streamline payroll, tax filings, and benefits management, including Argentina’s mandatory “aguinaldo” bonus and paid vacation starting at 14 days. You focus on managing your team, whether in Buenos Aires’ tech hub or beyond, while we handle the rest with a tech-driven platform tailored to your needs.
Employer costs include Retirement and Pension Scheme, Family Allowance and National Employment Fund, and Social Support Programs. Use the OmniCalculator to estimate costs, or contact us for further information.
