This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken by Omnipresent Group Limited and its subsidiaries (“Omnipresent”) to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains. We are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our corporate activities and supply chains.
About us
Omnipresent Group Limited is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales. It is part of an international group of companies, together known as Omnipresent. Omnipresent provides employer of record, payroll and other services, delivered via our proprietary online platform, to clients who wish to hire global talent in up to 160 countries.
Our Business
We take pride in staying compliant and ensuring that our employees, clients and shareholders are protected from any risks connected to modern slavery and human trafficking. The heart of our business comes from our key core values. We focus on the wellbeing of our people as well as the long term growth of our business.
Our People
Omnipresent comprises a globally distributed team of experts in more than 50 countries. Omnipresent’s Code of Conduct sets out guidance and principles for establishing a diverse and safe workplace, as well as our stance on modern slavery and human trafficking and what to do if related concerns become apparent. We commit to checking the identity and eligibility to work for all our employees to ensure that we are compliant with all relevant legislation. We continue to review our processes to ensure compliance is sustained and we encourage our employees to report any suspicious activity on our Whistleblowing platform (Your Voice).
Our Supply Chain and Operations
Due to the nature of our services, which we deliver via our proprietary online platform and our subsidiaries globally, our services and processes in our supply chain and operations do not involve the production, distribution or use of commodities, materials, manufacturing or physical labour.
Omnipresent is committed to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships across the world. We understand that where services are potentially provided in areas deemed high risk of being subject to modern slavery, we take cautious measures and enhanced due diligence on our clients and employees.
Relevant Policies on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
Whistleblowing - We encourage all our employees to anonymously report any concerning wrongdoing without fear of retaliation, this includes reporting any suspicion of slavery or human trafficking. We provide a confidential whistleblowing platform, Your Voice, for our internal employees to protect the identity of whistle-blowers.
Code of Conduct - Our Code of Conduct sets out guidance and principles for establishing a diverse and safe workplace, as well as our stance on modern slavery and human trafficking and what to do if related concerns. We build our business based on the best ethical standards internally and we strive to develop business relationships with clients and partners who share similar ethical and professional values.
Omnipresent understands the importance of developing policies in relation to anti-modern slavery across our business. We are in the process of developing a robust Procurement policy and Supplier Code of Conduct that will outline our firm stance on modern slavery. No such issues were reported in the relevant financial year ending on 31 December 2023.
Further steps
Omnipresent is committed to continuously improving our procedures and processes to eliminate modern slavery and human trafficking risks in our operation and modern slavery risks in our supply chain and operations.
We will continuously monitor our organisation’s approach to the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, and ensure our internal employees are aware of such risks and adhere to our Code of Conduct.
