We’ve launched a free course on hiring through EORs: Get certified now

Following the success of our first OmniAcademy course on international hiring, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve released a second expert-led course, all about the Employer of Record (EOR) model.

This model isn’t a new concept; in fact, it’s been around for decades. But as more and more businesses open up to global hiring, EORs are stepping into the spotlight as a simple solution to international employment. The trouble is, not many people are aware of the nuances of how EORs really work. That’s why we’ve designed a free online course to enable business leaders and HR professionals to hire, pay, and manage international talent through an EOR with confidence.

Our course is divided into seven concise video lessons delivered by two of our in-house HR experts. During the course, our Head of People, Irene van der Werf, and People Operations Team Lead, Roseleen Kagiri, take you through the ins and outs of EORs, covering everything from the legal implications of using one to expected costs and the employee onboarding process.
