We’re proud to announce the launch of the OmniAcademy, our free online learning platform dedicated to helping businesses that want to go global. We believe that global-first business is the future, but adapting your company to become global-first can be really challenging. We want to help. The OmniAcademy is designed to help you navigate those challenges, so you can grow a successful international business with ease.

HR and people operations professionals had a really tough job during the pandemic. Now they're being tasked with delivering a hybrid or remote work environment while ensuring employee experience remains high. As part of this fast-moving industry, we’re thrilled to be supporting the very people who are driving and implementing positive change. We created the OmniAcademy with them in mind. It’s there to help educate and upskill them in all of the requirements needed for a global-first organization.

After all, Omnipresent has been through the highs and lows of building a global business, so we’ve brought together our experience and expertise to create simple, effective, and highly educational courses for those embarking on a similar journey. Packed with actionable tips and step-by-step guides, the OmniAcademy offers a practical and flexible way to learn how to become global-first - and reap the rewards!

Our first and all subsequent courses have been designed by experts in their field and broken down into short, easily digestible lessons for you to take at your own pace. Accompanied by videos and useful downloadable extras, the OmniAcademy is perfect for time-strapped founders, HR teams, and operations professionals who want to learn how to grow and scale their businesses internationally.

Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate to add to your LinkedIn. With this, you can showcase your newfound skills and knowledge to colleagues, business partners, clients, candidates, and more.

The platform launches with a comprehensive course about international hiring, led by our Head of Talent, Ali Shepherd. With over a decade of experience in recruitment and talent roles, Ali takes you through the entire hiring process, from sourcing the best international candidates all the way through to employing them compliantly.

During the course, you’ll learn how to lay the groundwork for a global team, conduct compelling interviews remotely, draw up compliant employment contracts, and more. Armed with Ali’s expertise, you’ll soon be hiring from a global talent pool of the world’s best candidates.
