Stephen's appointment is an important step in Omnipresent's continued investment in its global partnerships strategy.
We're excited to announce the appointment of Stephen Hoffman as Sales & Partnerships Lead for the Americas. Stephen brings nearly two decades of experience as a top sales/partnerships leader in global workforce management and employer of record solutions.
Stephen’s appointment comes at a time when Omnipresent is investing in its partnerships strategy across the Americas and worldwide. In an increasingly globalised labour market, multinational companies need access to fully integrated global employment solutions if they’re to grow their workforce compliantly and expand their business profitably.
Stephen’s experience in sales and partnerships leadership has seen him work for an impressive array of companies in the global workforce sector, where he’s built a proven track record of connecting experts in global mobility, insurance, M&A and more.
Most recently, on the Partnerships/Alliance team at Deel, Stephen was a top performer in 2021, 2022 and 2023. He won the highest quarterly new sales revenue record award for 2023. He achieved this success while working with a diverse portfolio of partners including insurance brokerage firms, accounting firms, payroll companies, recruitment firms, PEOs, and more.
Prior to joining that, Stephen worked for a variety of organisations where he either sold and/or consulted on mobility tax services, global pension schemes, expatriate benefits, M&A compliance as it pertains to global benefits strategy as well as Employer of Record. Additionally, Stephen is an avid networker where he’s put on well over 100 in person networking meetings across the US and internationally.
On a personal level Stephen lives in the Boston area with his two sons David and Brendan, is an avid swimmer and part owner of a comedy club in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Stephen received his Bachelors from the University of Rhode Island with a minor in Spanish and concentration in Marketing.
When asked about his first few weeks as Partnerships Manager at Omnipresent, Stephen had this to say:
“I’m excited to join Omnipresent to spearhead its partnerships strategy in the Americas. What sets Omnipresent apart in the EOR space is its focus on being a compliance first, expert-led partner for its customers.
Our partnerships strategy will drive us to work with like-minded companies to ensure that our clients get access to truly people-centric global employment solutions that will allow their workforce to prosper and grow.
Taking a more collaborative approach will make us best placed to tackle the larger/more complex deals like M&A and ensure we remain the most compliant EOR solution for a globally diverse workforce.”
George Britton, Omnipresent’s Director of GTM welcomed Steve’s appointment:
“Bringing Stephen on to the Omnipresent team demonstrates the importance of Partnerships to the HCM space. The global employment sector becomes more complex every year and we believe it’s by partnering with companies in adjacent sectors that we can best help our customers make sense of this complexity and, ultimately, help them realise their global expansion ambitions.”
Stephen brings a huge amount of knowledge and insight into the Americas market and the HCM ecosystem as a whole. Not only will Stephen be leading the charge on Partner relationships but also on client relationships, giving him a holistic picture of our GTM strategy across the Americas.”
Guenther Eisinger, founder and CEO said
“Omnipresent was founded with a mission to make global employment easier. Whether it’s employment law experts, professional services firms or HRIS providers, our Partnerships strategy enables us to foster collaborations with companies that share this mission. Stephen’s appointment is an exciting new chapter in Omnipresent’s journey and I’m delighted to welcome him aboard.”
