Guenther Eisinger

Guenther Eisinger is the Co-Founder & CEO of Omnipresent, leading the company’s mission to simplify global hiring and remote work compliance. With on-the-ground operational experience in over 40 countries, he brings a unique perspective on scaling international teams, risk management, and business strategy.

Before founding Omnipresent in 2019, Guenther held leadership roles in security, risk, and crisis management, including serving as Chief Security Officer for the Libyan Cement Company and working as a Security & Risk Advisor at Control Risks. He also spent over a decade in Austria’s Special Forces (Jagdkommando), where he developed expertise in high-stakes operations, leadership, and strategic planning.

Guenther holds a Doctorate in Natural Sciences from the University of Vienna, along with an MBA in International Management from Zurich Elite Business School and a Master’s in Business Administration from WU Vienna University of Economics and Business.

Now, as the CEO of Omnipresent, he is focused on enabling companies to build and manage global teams with ease, ensuring seamless employment solutions across 150+ countries.
