In this second session for our Asia-based EF alumni, we have alumnus Kaoru Fujita from EF London 2013, and legal team members, Nicola Comelli and Kincso Kamilly providing you with an introduction to how Omnipresent makes it easy to employ, pay and provide support for global teams across 150 countries as an Employer of Record (EOR).

About our panelists
Born in Japan, Kaoru has been working in start-ups for 21 years, and has led go-to-market teams in New York, San Francisco, Austin and London. While responsible for leading Omnipresent's sales team, he is grateful to work alongside ambitious founders and colleagues who consistently drive impact for our customers. He is also known to us as K.
Nicola is an employment attorney holding an LLM from the University of London, SOAS. He joined Omnipresent from the global employment law firm Littler Mendelson. Nicola has lived in the US, London, New Delhi, Paris, Rome. He now lives in Milan (Italy) with his wife and son.
Kincso is a King’s College London Law graduate. Currently based in Budapest she grew up in Hungary, Moscow and Luxembourg and eventually moved to London to pursue her studies. Motivated to join an innovative, international, and diverse team after graduating in the summer of 2020, she joined Omnipresent as a Paralegal to support with companywide employment law and commercial law matters.

- Marianna leads Strategic Partnerships at Omnipresent. She has 12 years of commercial experience as a start-up operator, government adviser and qualified international lawyer. Speaks English, French, German and Spanish.
