Emma Gleaves is the Head of Global Benefits at Omnipresent, leading the strategy, execution, and compliance of employee benefits across 160+ countries. With extensive expertise in global benefits design, pensions, insurance, and employee wellbeing, she ensures that businesses can offer competitive, compliant, and tailored benefits for distributed teams worldwide.

At Omnipresent, Emma oversees the Hire-to-Retire benefits processes, vendor relationships, operational excellence, and technology integration to streamline benefits administration while enhancing both employee and client experiences. A remote work advocate, she is passionate about leveraging technology to improve employee engagement and wellbeing.

Before joining Omnipresent, Emma held senior consulting roles at Eppione and Willis Towers Watson, where she specialized in designing and managing global benefits solutions for multinational organizations. She holds multiple certifications in pensions, health insurance, and project management, making her a trusted expert in navigating complex global benefits landscapes.

Selene provides transactional consultation in a broad range of employment matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, due diligence, transfer of employees, and post-transaction integration. She has advised clients on compensation analysis, restrictive covenants, equity-based programs, international assignments, anti-harassment and anti-discrimination trainings, compliance investigations, strategies for complex termination processes, collective dismissals, labor audits, modification, and harmonization of labor benefits as well as workforce management including outsourcing schemes.

George Britton is a distinguished sales professional, currently serving as the Director of Sales at Omnipresent. His career showcases a swift ascent through various sales leadership roles, including Head of Sales at both Sideways 6 and Apperio, Global Head of Sales at BridgeU, and multiple positions at GoCardless, where he contributed to significant projects. Before these roles, he was involved in sales and client management at TheFork UK and OpenMarket, and began his career focusing on cloud computing solutions in the construction industry at Sword CTSpace.

Educationally, George holds a BSc in Accounting with Economics from the University of Bristol, where he was also the President of the Rugby Union club, and studied at the Université de Toulouse – Faculté de Sciences Sociales.
