Rebecca Boersma leads the Executive Recruiting team at Momentive (formerly SurveyMonkey), responsible for ensuring a white-glove recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. She joined the company in 2020 to build their first in-house executive recruiting function overseeing global Director+ hiring across the business. In the past year, she’s scaled Executive Recruiting from its individual-contributor roots to a growing team of 3. Before joining Momentive, Rebecca served as a trusted advisor to the leadership team at Box, where she was a member of the Executive Recruiting team. Prior to moving in-house, she spent 4 years at H.I. Executive Consulting, a mid-size global executive search firm focused on hiring transformational leaders at the Board, C-suite, and Senior levels in Digital & Technology across a range of industry sectors. She began her career in the technology industry as one of the early employees at MoviePass. Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Florida where she earned her B.A. in Theatre Arts.

ZeShaan is a Partner at The People Collective where he works with growing teams to avoid People Debt - he does this by helping build the strategies and rollouts to enable startups and scale up to scale without stress. ZeShaan has 13+ years of experience, primarily in Digital/Tech having worked in Agency, Public Service (BBC), Public Sector (GDS) and Tech Startup > Scaleup (Onfido). He transformed recruitment at both BBC and GDS and scaled Onfido from 50 to 250+ people across 7 global locations.

He's passionate about great recruitment service design and cares deeply about inclusivity, proactive communication, and positive candidate/hiring manager experience.
